About Us

Richard Rodrigues has over 30 years of experience in the Roofing and Waterproofing industry in the Tampa Bay area and surrounding counties. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, prompt service and skilled craftsmanship. All estimates are free, and attics are accessed to determine the source of roof leakage. We specialize in single family residential homes, new construction, re-roofs, shingles, concrete and clay tiles, metal roofs, hydro-stop flexible acrylic waterproofing system, and commercial modify built-up systems.

Our services also include roof maintainance, and inspections to determine water intrusion and wood damage. We offer a 5 year labor warranty on all shingle and tile re-roofs and new construction installations and 2 years on major repairs.

Community Support

We support the community by volunteering our services to local church members (Grace Family Church) and other Ministries. This summer we donated our time (labor & materials) to the Tampa Seafares Center of the Tampa Port Ministries to repair their leaky flat roof.

Over the years, we have donated trophies for soccer at Land-o Lakes HS and Sunlake HS in Pasco county. We also support the Cornerstone Campus Ministry on the USF campus in tampa.
